Empower continues to supply maintenance services to the Anjala paper mill and the Inkeroinen board mill

On 27 November 2013, Stora Enso's Anjalankoski mills and Empower signed service contracts to continue the maintenance of the mills as of 1 January 2014. The current cooperation between the parties in maintenance services was launched on 1 June 2008. It was agreed at that time that services are provided for five-and-a-half years. Through the new contract, Empower will continue to supply maintenance services to the Anjala paper mill and the Inkeroinen board mill. The scope of service is mainly the same as in the existing contract.
 
"Stora Enso's Anjalankoski mills are the most significant individual maintenance contract location for Empower's industry services. Continuing the services at the mills was very important for us in regard to our entire industry services operations. Our goal, for all contract locations, is to have a long-term customer relationship. The new contract indicates that the customer is happy with our services and that we have successfully, in cooperation with the customer, taken maintenance operations at the mill in the right direction," says Jari Simola, director responsible for Empower's Industry service contracts.
